TBF Adult + Minor(s) Waiver

Climbing is fun, but it also comes with risks! To help keep your visit safe and enjoyable, please read our general gym rules and youth-specific rules before you arrive.

In order to enter the facility (non-climbers included), we require everyone to review the Orientation Video and sign the accompanying Waiver. Waivers are valid for 12 months from date of signing. When complete, you will receive an automated email asking you to confirm your waiver, and then it will automatically populate in our system.

IMPORTANT!

• Adults will need to present a government-issued photo ID, displaying their Photo, Name, and Date of Birth.

• Minors will need a Legal Parent or Court-Appointed Guardian to sign the waiver AND verify it in-person or provide a copy of their driver's license in their absence. Please note: Stepparents, nannies, babysitters, grandparents, siblings, and other non-legal guardians, are not considered Legal Parents or Guardians in the absence of a legal declaration of guardianship.
