
This Yin Yoga class is a grounding practice that consists of postures meant for your body and mind to release deeper using breath, stillness, and gravity. We’ll practice several poses to focus on applying moderate stress onto the connective tissues with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. Whether you are new to yoga, in search of something more grounding, or wanting to release tension and tightness in your body, Yin has you covered. Please note: This Yin practice does not use props.
