TBF Waivers
For everyone’s safety, all visitors are required to sign a waiver before using our facility. This is a standard practice for climbing and fitness gyms and is valid for 12 months from the date you sign. Please click the button below to complete yours.
Adult WaiverIMPORTANT WAIVER VERIFICATION: Adults will need to present a government-issued photo ID, displaying their Photo, Name, and Date of Birth.
Adult + Minor WaiversIMPORTANT WAIVER VERIFICATION: (1) Adults will need to present a government-issued photo ID, displaying their Photo, Name, and Date of Birth. (2) Minors will need a Legal Parent or Court-Appointed Guardian to sign the waiver AND verify it in-person or provide a copy of their driver's license in their absence. Please note: Stepparents, nannies, babysitters, grandparents, siblings, and other non-legal guardians, are not considered Legal Parents or Guardians in the absence of a legal declaration of guardianship.
