YinThis Yin Yoga class is a grounding practice that consists of postures meant for your body and mind to release deeper using breath, stillness, and gravity. We’ll practice several poses to focus on applying moderate stress onto the connective tissues with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. Whether you are new to yoga, in search of something more grounding, or wanting to release tension and tightness in your body, Yin has you covered. Please note: This Yin practice does not use props.
Power VinyasaPower Vinyasa is an energetic, lightly heated flow that builds strength, focus, and endurance. Expect a fun, sweaty challenge designed to inspire growth on and off the mat. All levels welcome, though prior yoga experience is recommended.
Vinyasa FlowEnjoy a dynamic Vinyasa flow with creative sequences that challenge the body and calm the mind. Sync breath with movement to build strength, flexibility, and ease. All levels welcome, with modifications to support endurance, balance, or stillness.
